Our Mission

Aligned Learning is an organization dedicated to the advancement of the kingdom of God. We are focused on supporting the community by providing cosmetology and educational services for the elderly and physically challenged. In keeping with this country’s Faith Based initiatives and Community Stimulus efforts, while also providing a venue to support President Obama and his Economic Stimulus ideology, it is Aligned Learning’s vision is to empower the elderly and physically challenged in this community by bringing mobile salon services and solutions right to their front door.

Our Team

Tia brings to the table over 17 years of Training and Graphic Design experience.

A graduate of the College for Creative Studies in Graphic Communications/Illustration, she utilizes her artistic and organizational skills in creating instruction, and is pursuing her M.Ed. in Instructional Design Technology/Multimedia from Wayne State University.

Tia started her career with UAW-Ford, and has had a hand in creating several websites and presentations for the top automotive companies, several Fortune 500 companies and their executives.

Tia specializes in creating fun, and unique web-based, computer-based, gaming and stand-up training courses and is an experienced training facilitator that can accommodate all learning styles and types into her teaching method. Her holistic, common sense approach to adult learning has made her a favorite among her training peers and other professionals.
